  Of all the Pollo Locos in the surrounding area, this one is hands-down the most consistent great food and fast service every time. Extra props to the night crew they've really got it dialed in

  I love coming to this location. This location has the best customer service and there are two Hispanic males (older) that are Amazing, so kind & provide exceptional service every time I go. They are a perfect example of what an asset employee looks like. I love to see older people working in these settings. Young kids don’t know how to work anymore. They don’t smile nor work hard.

  If I could give 0 stars I would on this location alone based off the customer service. Which sucks because I really do love el pollo loco but this location ruined it for me. I went through the drive thru and ordered shredded chicken tacos and they had me wait in the front of the building because they were going to walk it out to me, which I didn’t mind. However, after 5 mins of waiting one of the workers came out with a bag of food and didn’t even walk up to my car she just stood in front of the entrance door and stared at me for a good while and then yelled “what’s in the bag” and I replied with “chicken tacos?” And she said “does she owe you any money?” And I asked who and she gave me the most snarky look and was annoyed with me???and said “well this then it’s not for you” and proceeded to bring the food to the car parked who was waiting in line in front of me. I assume the drive thru lady owed him some change. Then I got home to eat my tacos but it was mainly lettuce and cabbage. I might as well have ordered a salad. In both my tacos I only had like 4 little pierces of burnt chicken. Not the shredded chicken I’m used to that takes up the whole shell and on top of that, one of my tacos had bones in it! Thank goodness I was the one that bit into it and not my 5 year old daughter who could’ve very well choked on the bones. The workers attitude, and the little to no chicken in CHICKEN TACOS in baffling. I will not be going to this location again.
