I ordered ahead to try to save time. People made it through the line faster than I got my order. I was watching cars go and come out before I got my two drinks. They need more help during busy times. Two drinks took 40 minutes. I am appalled.

Im writing this review because the wait for 2 coffees took 20min long. The Dutch bros customer service was not there, they were not friendly at all. I had my 2 year old daughter who needed to use the restroom and we asked if they had a restroom. We understood that they didn't have anything available for costumers, but we saw so many walk up costumers come and go and we had to wait 20min for 2 coffees is ridiculous. Which we alr3ady paid for. Out of all the Dutch bros in the high desert, this is the newest one and is honestly the last time I'd come here for the lack of customer service and the wait was just ridiculous. I don't normally complain but it felt like there was no sense of urgency.

Came in like at 9 something, ordered 3 pumpkin chais, but received iced breves instead which contain coffee. I live 5 minutes away so I turned around and was nice and told the worker that I was given the wrong drinks, the worker was very rude, didn't say sorry or anything, its common courtesy tbh. I explained the situation and he awkwardly just stared at me, then decided to take down my order again, and then continued to put down my order. After, he said in a very annoyed rude and monotone way, "I hope we make ur drinks better this time, enjoy, have a nice night." I felt like he was annoyed, but I didn't do nothing but order correctly, show him respect, and I wasn't given the "dutch" way of customer service, very disappointed, felt like I was at Starbucks:( smhhhhhh.....
