    Whoever was working the window on 8/6/26 between 12:30 and 1:30 needs to lock in cause they forgot to give me an item I ordered and didn’t realize until i got home since i was in a rush. It’s happened before at this location a few times and i’ve had to correct them. They don’t even do the courtesy of double checking your order before you head out. Overall, this over-employed location needs to lock in.

    Dutch Brothers is a great coffee house the staff is great no matter what Dutch Brothers you go the staff always have smiles on their faces no matter how hot it is or how busy they are its a great business

    The GUY making drinks today, RUDE! He was carelessly slopping drinks together. Two people prior to me had to walk back up and ask for extra syrup or a redo. When it was my turn, one of my drinks was made wrong and one was missing syrup. When I asked the young lady for a correction, she kindly obliged, but the man making the drink drinks made a rude comment to me sarcastically.
