- CCCraig6 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing experience, especially from Chick-fil-A. I visited on the 4th of July and was literally first in line for the Mobile Thru lane. I sat there for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged by a single employee, while watching other customers get helped. After finally receiving my order, the chicken was overcooked once again to the point where I couldn’t even eat it. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with overcooked chicken from this location either. Waiting 15 minutes while being first in line and not even being acknowledged, only to receive food that was inedible, is unacceptable. Definitely not the level of service or food quality I expect from Chick-fil-A.

They very much encourage you to use the mobile order system indicating it’s faster but it is NOT. I went a couple weeks ago and had the same problem but today was worse. Basically you go in the mobile lane and scan your phone to their app and you’re supposed to get your food faster but today I counted 9-10 cars in the regular lane that got their food before me and I had checked in BEFORE they even ordered! Apparently, the car in the very front of the mobile lane had some problem with an order, but instead of having a plan to move them out, the rest of us got our food and had to let it start getting cold because we couldn’t exit! I don’t see any reason to use the mobile app if they’re just going to treat you worse because they already have your money. Management needs to have a plan when the person the front of the lane is stuck there. (unlike McDonald’s and all other fast food chains that have you park and they bring the food to you.) The car in front of me waited for over 12 minutes after they got their food and I’m sure they were not happy. Chick-fil-A is expensive, but it’s real food and I do like getting it for my family. But management needs to have a better plan to treat the mobile app customers fairly and on time and have a way that they can exit once they get their food.
