  I visited this location at 9pm. I placed an order to go. I was the only person in the restaurant. Upon waiting for my order I asked Samuel if I could have the code to the restaurant. He responded “sorry our restroom is out of order at the moment. I just cleaned it.” So because you cleaned the restroom it makes it unavailable to paying customers? That’s absolutely ridiculous and offensive. As an employee it’s your job to keep the restroom as well as the restaurant tidy at all times. That’s literally what you’re being paid to do aside from take and make orders. It absolutely disgusted me. I was tempted to get a refund for the inconvenience and lack of service. You shouldn’t be denying patrons restroom access especially during business hours. I definitely won’t be frequenting this location again.

  Manager asked to give a survey for a free shake. Heck, why not? Impeccable customer service First time our family has ever tried Arbys and it was filling and the meat boxes were affordable. One thing that we didn’t know was they bring the food to us. Only thing wrong was maybe a soda station in the lobby but great first visit and something free? Who can say no.

  Stopped by and the service was excellent. The manager gave us a loyalty card to show our appreciation for coming out. Will definitely be seeing more of us.

  Sadly this Arby's is horrible this is not the 1st time, 2nd or 3rd this is my 4th. Sadly nothing has changed, the food is always cold, the meat is always dried out, the curly fried tasted like they have been sitting for a day or 2 so rubbery. I took pictures sadly I must have deleted them or use a different phone I will try and find them. The serve isn't bad, not rude but very kind that why I gave it 3 stars. The only good thing I believe was the soda. Arby's is expensive it's not cheap so to have horrible food every time is no words. The 2 Arby's that closed were great this one is horrible. Will not be going here again, gave it too many chances.
