I sit here with taco juice (pause) and tears of joy running down my face, struck by the beauty of the world around me…I met God in the kitchen of the Devil. These tacos opened my mind in the same way that people talk about experiencing mushrooms. As a whitey who lived in SD for nearly my whole life, and then LA, these are the best tacos I’ve ever had. Not to be dramatic.
