  Every time I show up there is a sign that says (be back in 15 minutes) literally every time I show up! Dominos from now on iguess.....

  ** I would literally put zero stars if I could. I don’t usually order at Papa John’s but when I do, I usually don’t have any issues. Today’s service was the worst service that I have received. When I placed my order, they stated that my food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. My husband gets there and he is waiting. I call him asking what’s taking so long, he said that the food wasn’t ready. I also ordered extra pepperoncinis. When my husband gets home there are no extra pepperoncinis. At this point I’m livid because my food was 20 minutes late and I paid for extra pepperoncinis and didn’t receive them. I called the store and the manager or owner is talking over me. I couldn’t finish what I was saying and he said that my order was ready in 10 minutes but my husband wasn’t there. He also stated that my husband lied to me and that he was late picking up the pizza. First of all, Papa John’s is like 3 minutes from my house so he didn’t get there late. 2nd of all I’m pregnant and hangry at this point, so my husband wouldn’t lie to me about this or anything else. Then he proceeds to hang up on me. After this, I called customer service. They called the store and I will supposedly get my money back for the missing pepperoncinis. I don’t care about the price of the pepperoncinis per say. But because of the blatant disrespect of calling my husband a liar and hanging up on me, I felt the need ask for my money back for the pepperoncinis and to write this review.

  Started out okay, ordered three more times with each time getting progressively worse. Last delivery of 3 pies was stolen, when reported the Manager/Dispatch stated they had photo proof of delivery, asked for the proof then was blocked by the Manager.

  This place just reopened recently and i was a little hesitant to give it a try because it was a let down before but now they’re under new management and man have they stepped up their game! i’ve ordered here 3 times since they reopened and it’s been bomb every time from the customer service and especially the food! give ‘em a try you won’t be let down I hadn’t been here in a while, but I used to come occasionally when I was craving Papa John’s because I knew I’d have a good experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit a couple of weeks ago was really disappointing. I went at night planning to walk in and order, but the door was locked. I knocked several times and no one came to the door. I thought the employee might be in the restroom, so I waited about 10–15 minutes. I also called the restaurant around four times and no one answered. Right when I was about to leave, the employee finally came out from the back and it was pretty clear he had been sleeping. You can usually tell when someone just woke up from a nap. It was disappointing to see that because I used to enjoy coming to this location. I just wanted to share my experience so the owner is aware
