- TGTee GJun 30, 20261.0This Domino's is out of control! I just read some of the other reviews and I see that others have had very similar experiences to what I experienced last night. Wish I had read these ahead of time. Apparently the employees here think the proper way to handle their own mistakes is to hang up on people and refuse to credit anything properly or make it right. The attitude we received from the supposed 'supervisor' was through the roof! She was extremely aggressive and even followed us out of the store as we were leaving. We placed an order for delivery, it showed up missing three of the five items. When we called, we weren't upset. We just wanted it fixed. That was until the supervisor got on the phone aggressive right off the bat. We explained to her that no icing came with the cinnamon knots (we even paid for extra) and that if somebody came with icing later (which is what she suggested) the cinnamon knots were already cold. She asked us "where are you staying, you don't have a microwave?" And then hung up the phone on us. So we got in the car and drove down there and returned the rest of the order to them. She had an attitude the entire time, never once apologized, and when I asked for her name she gave me what I believe to be a fake one. Because when I called today and asked who the manager on duty was last night, they gave me a completely different name. She said Melanie. They said her name was Samantha. So who knows? And then she asked what mine was and followed me out of the store trying to stand in the doorway with a mean look on her face trying to act scary. LOL! The most inappropriate employee customer interaction I think I've ever had. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I think this MORE than warrants one! Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Dominos or a different place altogether. Customer service and order accuracy is a joke here. I think employees like her feel protected because there's no real way to make complaints through Domino's since they are franchise owned and when vou call vou get her or someone like her, instead of someone you can actually talk to about her. But..... There's always platforms like this

Additionally, they charge per sauce - ranch, marinara etc - extra $5-$10 - except dilvery person doesn’t bring it and customer service is absolutely awful so you’re just totally ripped off with tampered food. Never ever ordering dominos online again.
