I had to refuse my food once they started dragging my helpless burrito down the filthy food prep line. To top it off my burrito got dipped in spicy salsa. Chipotle staff and management please do better and follow health code regulations. Your dropping the ball here.

To spend more time with my dogs, I sat outside in my car, ordered it online & waited 10 minutes as instructed on the app. One person went while I waited so I know they were not slammed.....but that being said they made me a delicious burrito exactly as I ordered it. The Chipotle Honey Chicken was a very good choice, it was flavorful & moist.

It took us just 40 mins to finish our order. customers inside the store are priority the cook was clueless and so slow
