  I wanted to like this spot since I love Mediterranean flavors. I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived, but I had to wait around for quite a while until someone acknowledged me to confirm my order was ready. The Mexican coke in the soda dispenser tasted like sparkling water, the steak in my entrée was so overcooked and dry it borderlined the texture of jerkey. The rice was flavorful and well cooked and the tzatiki sauce tasted fine with the pita.

  Hit or miss, sometimes way too salty. The last time my mobile order looked like a child’s servings size... Way Overhyped.

  First time at the Ventura location and Cava exceeded every expectation! Kayleen couldn’t have done a better job explaining to my husband & I flavor profiles including the best combinations and personal favorites. The food was 5 stars, and Kayleen’s service was 10 stars if even possible! We can’t wait to go back soon & hopefully have Kayleen assist us again! Thank you Kayleen & Cava for a memorable experience!

  It was my first time ever eating at cava and everything was good and me and my family decided to eat inside and we noticed the workers were talking and pointing at something around the food and we looked and we saw a roach and they didn’t even catch it, it ran away so it is still roaming around the restaurant and we asked for our refund and they gave it to us with no problem but they didn’t even clean around the area and still served other people not knowing where the roach went.
