A Banana Royale comes with 2 scoops of ice cream not with 2 tablespoons. When I pay for 2 scoops, that is what I expect. This is not the 1st time it has happened but it doesnt happen all the time. This is why I suspect it is just one stingy worker. BR - please retrain this person and show them how an ice cream scooper works.

Walked in 7/27 about 1245 pm. Employee was busy doing other work (completely understandable). But when she finally walked up to me I said “hi, how’s it going”… she just stared blankly at me… then continued to just stare blankly. As if my presence was annoying and she just wanted to rush the process. So I just turned and walked out, currently headed to cold stone instead. I’m starting to document this when I see it now because of the tipping culture, which I’m fine with but if you want my extra money than do at least the bare minimum required for basic customer service.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
