  The food is overall ok. Just need better customer service and their systems never work for points. Nor for Apple Pay.

  I work as a delivery driver for Uber Eats. Today, May 12th, at 11:45 PM, I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up some orders. The manager on duty refused to hand over the orders to me; he claimed I was doing something wrong and attempted to lecture me on how to do my job—and this is not the first time he has acted this way. I believe he harbors some sort of personal animosity toward me; it is possible he is acting out of racial or class-based prejudice. This may even constitute harassment. He held up the orders for 10 minutes; when he finally handed them over, the food I delivered to the customers was already half-cold. He also left two negative reviews for me within the Uber app—he did this purely out of spite—and this could negatively impact how Uber views me as a driver. I simply want to bring this matter to the attention of McDonald's management. A person who harbors such personal animosity toward specific delivery drivers may be suffering from a psychological disorder or a persecution complex targeting certain individuals; such behavior is intolerant and disrespectful toward people and drivers alike. I have been delivering food from this particular restaurant for over two years now. All the other employees are consistently friendly and kind, whereas he is invariably rude and hostile toward me. Furthermore, I have never encountered such issues at any other McDonald's location.

  5/2/26 11:30pm Lobby door unlocked. Walked in. Despite the hours posted on the door, "Miriam" just turned a group of us away. In broken English (it's relevant, so save it) all she said was "Closed. Drive-through only" x4

  Had a unique experience at this location yesterday. I usually don’t eat in mc Donald’s but this time for the reason that the past years the service has been lacking. But yesterday I felt welcomed and treated with respect when I had a complaint about my order. In fact, a young guy walked around the store and asked customers if they are happy with their order. When I submitted my complaint, he reacted immediately and helped me solve the issue. It’s great to see that mc Donald’s is improving! The only downside was that there was a homeless person outside which is common in this area.

  That’s why these people work here – because they can’t even manage a job like this. How can they make two mistakes in a row on the same order? After all, everything’s written on the receipt they stick to the bag. OK. I asked them to sort it out. You’d think it would be as simple as looking at the receipt. But they got it wrong again. I wish McDonald’s would just get some robots to do the job. They wouldn’t make excuses about the pay being low here, and the rest of us wouldn’t have to put up with their carelessness because of it.
