when your neighbors/friends who are old world italian tell you that you have to try this place, you go. not knowing anything about it, i assumed it was a sit down restaurant. surprise...it's a "fast food" window, that's nothing like "fast food". why hasn't someone thought of this before? thankfully, the guy who did went all out with his home- made pasta, to make sure it's as good (i'd say even better) than most of the expensive italian restaurants around. fabio was off that day but the service was wonderful. they were friendly, helpful, and patient with us. it's their version of mix and match. you pick your pasta and add the sauce you want from a huge variety offered. i chose the black truffle sauce with the fettuccine with a side of garlic bread. it was spectacular! did i mention that i got that large portion and the bread for $20.00? try getting a sandwich other fast food almost anywhere these days for less.
the only seating is outside between speedway and ocean front walk on westminster. on a windy night that made it hard...but so worth it for this meal. i lived around the corner on clubhouse for decades. luckily i moved slightly further away or would be eating here daily and gaining too much weight.
Mushroom rigatoni is a must!
Loved our experience here. Fresh pasta and amazing service. They have heaters outside so the ocean breeze doesn't get you all cold.

Delicious pasta & great tiramisu, if I could rate this place 6/5 I would.
I ordered the gnocchi with mushroom sauce and burrata, and it tasted almost homemade. The gnocchi had the perfect slightly chewy texture, and the sauce had a slight olive oil flavor to it that kicked it up a notch.
The man at the counter was also quite friendly and chatty, he said “it’s so good you’ll want it for breakfast, lunch and dinner” and I agree.
deadahh perfect pasta. i ordered spaghetti pesto with burrata. perfect even for a really hot day because the outdoor seating is in a little wind tunnel and pesto is super fresh tasting. definitely really fresh ingredients and amazing cooking

My review may come off a bit unfair but even though the pasta was good and tasted very authentically made (I got potato gnocchi Alfredo w/chicken) the portion size was way too small for me. I can understand logistically and business wise they give a certain size but it did not get the job done for me. The amount of chicken was barely anything and it was more like scraps of chicken. Plus the area is tough to park and go to so if you live within walking distance or plan a day at the beach then definitely give this place a try. Although the pasta was good I don’t see myself going back here anytime soon.
