THE ONLY CONCERN ABOUT THIS PLACE GOES AS FOLLOW:. 1. AS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, IT IS PARAMOUNT TO IMPROVE ON HOW FAST THE FOOD IS SERVED, SPECIALLY ON PEAK HOURS (LUNCH). 2. THE FOOD QUALITY IS ALWAYS FRESH. 3. DRIVE THRU IS TOO SLOW ON PEAK HOURS - LUNCH. 4. OTHER THAN THAT, I LOVE THE FACT THAT THE PLACE IS NICE, NEAT, AND CLEAN.

This company needs to revisit how to make both the dining and app more friendly to the customer. This pollo loco smells like a restroom. I don’t know why, non of the others I’ve been too seem this bad. I will say the one constant is that the app doesn’t work, almost every time I’ve come to redeem something I’ve had to have a manager honor my code because there is some error.

As soon as I walk through the door, there was a foul smell. It could’ve been the restrooms, but it was definitely detectable even at the counter. Do better!
