  The lady at the counter is a professional at what she does. It's rare these days to see someone with such perfect communication skills, within seconds she makes every client acknowledged, taking care of and smile. She makes the magic vibe to this Wingstop location, where you feel welcome and want to come back again and again.

  Wingstop Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding an incident that took place at Wingstop - Van Nuys on July 1, 2026. I have serious concerns regarding the conduct and mental health of some of the employees from Wingstop - Van Nuys. There were several instances where two to three Wingstop employees made obscene/slanderous comments about me (sexual harassment) while waiting for my food to be ready for pickup. What I experienced while inside the restaurant was bothersome, disturbing, offensive, and worrisome. Pardon me in advance if some of the information I provide is limited. On July 1, 2026, around 12:05 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., a female Wingstop employee (Hispanic/Latina, average build, white skin tone, black hair, 25 to 35 years old, and about 5'7 to 5'10 in height) and a male employee (Hispanic/Latino, average build, brown skin tone, black hair, 40 to 55 years old, and about 5’2 to 5’5 in height” made the comments, “Jim Dominguez was raped”, “J. Dominguez won’t always get raped”, “Dominguez won’t always need to get raped”, and other similar obscene comments about me. I immediately responded, “Jim Dominguez didn’t and doesn’t get raped. And no raping.”, each time. Please also note that the Hispanic woman, who apparently was the store manager at that time, made obscene and slanderous comments about me more than the Hispanic man. Please view the attached photo of the woman who I believe was making the obscene and slanderous comments about me. Shortly thereafter, I asked the male Wingstop employee who took my order if I could speak to the Store Manager to report the misconduct and sexual harassment. He informed the Store Manager, the woman who had been making disrespectful and offensive comments about me, that I’d like to speak to her. She approached me and asked how she could help. I expressed my frustration and demanded that she stop making obscene and slanderous comments about me, consisting of false claims of past sexual abuse experiences, specifically rape, and future experiences of sexual abuse. She claimed that she didn’t say anything; she didn’t know who I was, I was hearing voices, and she suggested that I take my medication. I grew more annoyed, angry, bothered, disturbed, frustrated, and upset. I continued expressing my frustration by reiterating that I didn’t and don’t get raped, demanding to stop making obscene and slanderous comments about me, and lying. She subsequently instructed me to leave the premises and that if I didn’t, she’d contact the police. I decided to leave. As I was leaving, I informed her that I would be reporting the incident. Furthermore, I was annoyed, angry, bothered, disturbed, frustrated, and upset with the Wingstop employee misconduct and sexual harassment. A customer should never have to experience such disrespect and mistreatment, not to mention the fact that it is indecent, immoral, wrong, and unprofessional. Additionally, I felt the need to provide my side of the story to help you better understand my reasons for the complaint and to document the incident for safeguarding purposes. Also, please address my concerns with the employees at Wingstop - Van Nuys. Respectfully, Jim Dominguez

  I had an amazing experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service from Avely D and Miguel P. They were both friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s not often you come across employees who genuinely care about providing a great experience, but they definitely do. Their positive attitudes and excellent service made my visit even better. Wingstop is lucky to have such an amazing team. I’ll definitely be coming back!
