  I was excited to have one open up close to home. However, I placed an order for delivery through their app and the order did not arrive. They called doordash and asked me if my preference would be a refund or to send another order. I opted for the order but when the wingstop employee returned to the call, just told me I'd recieve a refund in 5-7 days. Now I need to figure out an alternative and have to wait for my money back. There was no offer of somehow making it right. Poor customer service.

  Hello I just wanted to let the company know that you guys are using an exorbitant amount of salt on everything. We tried a little bit of everything The boneless, the bone in, the fries and the ranch. It all was saltier than usual. My husband and I rapidly started to feel dizzy. It was way too much sodium on everything even the ranch it almost felt like the recipe repeated the sodium ingredient twice. Honestly almost every body knows the sever consequences of consuming a product like this will lead to heart failure too fast. Please owners franchise fix that. Service was great 👍

  I ordered my food online and came in let the cashier know about my order and said wait for 5 minutes to be called. Waited long and the food was already done and was in the pick up section. Cashier did not let us know that our food is ready and got our food and it was cold and soggy. Workers are unprofessional and need more training on customer service and to be aware of customers orders.
