- WWWilliamMay 30, 20261.0On May 30th at 5:20 p.m., I had an awful experience at this Papa John’s. One staff member kept touching his face, handled money at the counter, and then started making pizza without washing his hands or wearing gloves. He also was incredibly rude—both to customers and even to the delivery driver, whom he ignored when asked for an order. This level of disregard and rudeness is unacceptable. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to stay away if they value respect and hygiene.

Not only was this disappointing but absolutely unprofessional. I do acknoweldge this was late order however it does not excuse this level of unprofessionalism and carelessness. If they could not fullfill this order they could've told Doordash or us. We know it is not the driver nor DoorDash fault as stated on the side of the order clearly states Garlic parmesan. In addition, it poses health risk with delivering RAW bread. When we called, the phone was not answered or was purposed hanged up.,

The sign inside Papa John's states an extra-large Pizza is $13 when it is now over $20. . I asked well done on my pizza, it was soggy like it was put in the microwave. I ordered garlic parmesan breadsticks. There was hardly any garlic parmesan at all it looks like it was just sprinkled with the salt shaker. Most definitely be the last time I go to any Papa John's, especially this location. If you got one close by you go to Costco and get their Pizza $10. Their quality is still better Papa John's.
