Another gentleman went ahead of me and entered a code. Corinna said he entered it by memory. She said she'd buzz me in again. She didn't. She could have simply given me a code.Yes, I told her what she was because she used her power over the bathroom over me. Sad really. I will NOT be back to this store because I wouldn't trust her with my food. THIS is the kind of service I was talking to you about a week ago. Corinna fell WAY short of your and Noella's service. ******** I walked into this El Pollo Loco right after opening. Maynard, the manager, was wiping down the kiosks. He was pleasant and positive. When I received my order from Noella, she was also very friendly. It's sad that, especially in Los Angeles, basic pleasantness and friendly service is rare, so I feel the need to always recognize it when it occurs. The food is always great. I would give it 5 stars if the sodium levels weren't so high. If they were lower, I would eat at El Pollo Loco more often. 5 stars for Maynard and Noella for the great experience!
