  I recently visited El Pollo Loco and had a mixed experience. 🍗 The food tasted good and was flavorful as expected 👍, but the portion size was surprisingly small 😕. For something that cost close to $10 💸, it felt like only one or two bites 🍽️, which was disappointing. I actually ended up feeling full mostly from the drink 🥤 rather than the meal itself. I hope they consider increasing the portion sizes 📏 or adjusting the value, because the quality is there—but the quantity doesn’t quite match the price ⚖️.

  I only do drive through and it’s fast and easy. They always get my order right. There bowls are worth trying packed with protein.

  If I could leave no stars I would. The manager lady was beyond rude. I came to pick up an order that I had placed online and when I got there, my order was just sitting there. When my husband asked about our order, she rudely and abruptly said she had to put other orders in first. So we basically watched her for a full 10 minutes while she packed orders and took orders. Meanwhile our bag was just sitting on the counter across the register. Firstly, she could've replied kinder and checked to see if our order was ready. It takes a second to hand over an order that was already ready. After 10 minutes, another worker grabbed the bag from the counter and handed it to us. Do better when it comes to customer service and speaking to your customers.
