  I ordered 2 tostadas on line. My husband picked up the order and was told that the dressing was in the bag. When he got home there was no dressing in the bag for 2 tostadas. We were very disappointed.

  The street corn pollo salad was amazing and the lady who help me was sweet and nice, her name was Maggie thank you for helping me I will come back again soon

  Nice fast food that is somewhat healthy. They are fast and friendly. Good prices.

  I recently visited El Pollo Loco and had a mixed experience. 🍗 The food tasted good and was flavorful as expected 👍, but the portion size was surprisingly small 😕. For something that cost close to $10 💸, it felt like only one or two bites 🍽️, which was disappointing. I actually ended up feeling full mostly from the drink 🥤 rather than the meal itself. I hope they consider increasing the portion sizes 📏 or adjusting the value, because the quality is there—but the quantity doesn’t quite match the price ⚖️.
