  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle. The food was bland and seemed poorly prepared—the rice was undercooked, the chicken was dry, and the overall bowl just lacked flavor. On top of that, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual, which made it feel like a rip-off for the price. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or even acknowledging customers, and the place itself looked messy and unclean. What made things worse was the way the situation was handled by management. I spoke with the manager, Lindsey, hoping to resolve the issues, but she came across as dismissive and uninterested. Instead of addressing the concerns or offering any kind of solution, she seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. There was no effort to improve the experience or make things right, which reflects poorly on how this location is run. Overall, it felt like a huge drop in quality compared to what I expected, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

  Bad service from managers. Lindsey to be exact. May not come back considering the food wasn't as good.

  This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. The manager LINDSAY is the absolute worst person and worker there. I was in line and then she comes out of the bathroom and as soon as she comes over, she was completely rude!!! I can not believe her attitude!! It amazes me how Chipotle would hire someone like her. I am NEVER coming back and I am not recommending this location to anyone.

  This location is completely and utterly prejudice, rude, and outrageously disrespectful. While waiting for my two chicken burritos, which cost nearly $40 one of the workers named David had the audacity to tell me that I was not able to have a water cup size beverage, while I was waiting for more chicken to be made. He argued with me back-and-forth about how next time I should ask for a water cup, instead of use my own reusable cup less than 5 ounces with ice and a couple of sips of juice inside. I Even showed him that the cup was more than less of what a water cup would have been, and he continued to harass me and aggressively informed me that what I did was not allowed. Instead of waiting for my food, and leaving a happy and satisfied customer, I immediately just left. His conduct felt very discriminatory, unnecessary, and unprofessional. I will never eat at this location and perhaps no other chipotle at all because of one untrained and racist employee. Terrific job on losing business for chipotle David. I hope you’re proud of yourself.

  Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The service was far below expectations, and Destiny showed a lack of professionalism and customer care. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously at all. I hope management takes steps to improve their service because this was not acceptable.
