Chios has been one of my favorite places to go during special occasions. The food here is always amazing and to die for and the service here is always on point. Ana has been here since I was little so it always feel like home to come eat here and see her again. Highly recommend this place to anyone trying to eat high quality authentic Peruvian food.

Food was underwhelming. $30 plates. you’d get more substance, flavor profile, and variety from a Chipotle bowl (no, I’m not kidding). You’re better off crossing the street to the AYCE bbq across the street (genuinely a better deal, quality meat for your $). Service was more than fine, though she added an extra $8 beer by mistake. The yuca sauce was so mild (nacho cheese cut with milk was my best guess) yuca was fried nice and taste was okay but it’s $13 here for a 1/3lb serving, which a 1 lb yucca is priced at $2-3 in the retail market. Platano frito was fine for the price. They’ve passed the full cost of rising prices to consumer that’s for sure, less meat more potatoes higher prices.

I love Perubian food but the Lomo Saltado not only was bad, the meet portion was poor, they serve you more French fries in the plate them anything else. Horrible experience will not ever go there.
