The service was beyond exceptional. We weren't celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion, but Luciano made us feel like VIPs. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine hospitality truly made our evening unforgettable. The food was cooked to perfection, the dessert was absolutely delicious, and the fresh-pressed coffee was the perfect finishing touch. Every part of our meal exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to Luciano for providing some of the best customer service we've ever received. It's rare to find someone who takes so much pride in making every guest feel welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be back and will be recommending Black and Blue Restaurant to all of our family and friends!
