  For the second time in a row, roasted chicken was not available at this store for delivery prior to 6pm. I called the store and they said it won't get better, the deli has issues. Not good. They aren't even trying here.

  I went here to return and exchange some freshly sliced deli meat that I got the day before. When I went to eat it the next day I saw that the chicken breast I got sliced was dried out it looked like it was old or expired and was tasteless. I came back to the store the next day and they were very polite and had no problem switching out the chicken breast that I didn't like with a different brand that was still a high-end competitor of boar's Head meat. The deli manager was very kind and even though I had a receipt she wasn't concerned about going through the process of ringing it up and doing the exchange on the point of sale system. She just asked me what I wanted instead and she let me look at it I said yeah that looks good much better than the other one, and she sliced a little piece off and let me try a sample just to make sure that it was up to my standards, and then went ahead and cut the amount that I had ordered the previous day. She even gave me a few extra slices just for my troubles. Overall customer service is great at the store, my advice would be if you are going to the deli and getting freshly sliced deli meat make sure that you asked them for a sample before they cut the rest to your desired amount.   I have never been inside this store but I get my groceries delivered from here a couple times a month and wanted to say that the Home Shopping department team members are all really great. They have always been so helpful and kind to me. They have never had a problem accommodating a request and are very responsive in the chat while shopping my order. A couple of times I had to call to change or adjust something in my order and every single person has helped me without a problem or attitude. Supervisor is also great. This has been so consistent that I don't think I'd be ok with another store shopping my groceries and hope they know they're appreciated.
