Partially my fault for not checking before leaving, but the more frustrating part was trying to contact the store afterward. The phone system routed me through an AI receptionist, attempted to transfer me to support, then played a message saying the voicemail wasn’t set up before disconnecting into a survey. I tried calling multiple times and got the same result every time. No alternate contact option was available. Mistakes happen, and I’m not upset about the order mix-up itself — I mainly wanted a way to reach someone so the issue could be resolved. Hoping management sees this and can help make it right or provide a better support process for future customers.

I walked in and there was a bunch of containers of bacon and chicken and other meat just sitting on the counter. I'm not sure how long it was sitting there but I know when meat hits a certain temperature from not being refrigerated, bacteria starts to grow. That was not a good look! I ended up picking up my food. And when I got back to work, I started eating. Four bites in and I felt my stomach turning. Probably not going to go back to this location....
