I walked in and there was a bunch of containers of bacon and chicken and other meat just sitting on the counter. I'm not sure how long it was sitting there but I know when meat hits a certain temperature from not being refrigerated, bacteria starts to grow. That was not a good look! I ended up picking up my food. And when I got back to work, I started eating. Four bites in and I felt my stomach turning. Probably not going to go back to this location....

But when I went to the location, the store was actually closed. This kind of mismatch between online status and real store hours is very misleading and wastes customers’ time. I planned my order based on the app, but ended up with nothing. This isn’t just a one-time issue either—many customers report problems with Domino’s app accuracy and store communication, including wrong status updates and order issues .
