  Came in with my wife for breakfast around 8:45 on a Tuesday. We both got the chicken biscuit meal with hash browns and coffee. Biscuit was hot, chicken was crisp with that signature seasoning, and the coffee actually had some kick — not the watered-down stuff most fast food serves. What made it stand out was Gabby. She took our order at the register, then brought the food out to our table herself. Came back later with mints and checked in to make sure we were good. That’s the kind of service you don’t expect at a quick-serve spot. Vallejo’s not short on breakfast options, but this location runs tight. Fast line, friendly crew, food was right. Shoutout to Gabby — give that team member a raise.

  “Everyone please be aware!!!!!!” This restaurant is not as the reviews claim to be. Just today I came in to grab lunch for my workers and I, only to find human hair in one of the sandwiches that was given to us!!!!. Did not make a big deal I just patiently returned back to the drive thru, when I was greeted by the front cashier I simply asked for a replacement as I know that accidents do occur. I was then given a complete cold sandwich meaning chicken bun and cheese were ice cold when I asked respectfully if I can get a warm one I was told they have no way to warm it up and that’s how the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal comes. Keep in mind I ordered three of the same sandwiches to which none were cold. I just then asked for a refund only to have the cashier insult me and threaten me telling me to not look at him like I hate him or he will hurt me all over an 8 dollar sandwich. Furthermore a restaurant employee that witnessed the whole situation apologised to me personally on the behalf of the restaurant Stating that this was the exact same reason why 2 days from now it was going to be the last day working there can you imagine an employee about to quit and is still going above her pay grade to make the situation better says a lot about the team leadership at this restaurant. As a business owner I can reassure you that the acts displayed by this location of Chiq Fil A Vallejo Ca are unprofessional unfriendly and more importantly unethical. If you do choose to come eat here please check your food thoroughly as the last thing anyone want to be eating is human hair or something worse 🤢 definitely not coming back I truly hope that the owners step up and find this individuals responsible for his actions. Thanks for reading ☮️
