The last 3x I've visited this specific location there has always been a discrepancy with my order. Not a completely wrong order, it's usually minor mistakes; waffle fries instead of yogurt fruit cup, or pickles vs NO pickles. But they've always corrected it expeditiously & with genuine apologies. I will continue to patron this establishment, but unfortunately will always feel the need to inspect my order before driving away. Plus, I'm not a fan of how they have laid out the drive thru lanes. Overall: My advise for the management, please have employees double check orders & specifics, prior to handing it to the customer. This in the long run will save $ & time overall.

- CFCynthia FernandezMay 29, 20261.0DO NOT expect good service from what i can describe as an almost bald/short haired tall man who’s name starts with an E i think and has a slight accent that wears glasses, he was wearing black so i’m assuming he was a higher up, we went the other day on Monday May 25th and it was HORRIBLE he tried arguing back and forth over the smallest thing, chick fil a has always given us permission to swap the toy out for ice cream at the time of ordering and give us the ice cream at the end of our meal if we just show the receipt and this man was not having it, he was refusing to accept that and would not allow us to do so, we had let him know that since we did that they did not give us the toy, he was being VERY snappy almost sarcastic, we attempted to speak to another person and he refused and when trying to let other staff know of his behavior he came up and lied and said he would not do such a thing when he in-fact did! after going back and forth his solution was to give us a toy for less than a second so we can turn it in to get an ice cream??? he didn’t end up giving the toy because we pointed out how silly that would be if we are going to exchange it. honestly sad to see how much he fought over that he was SO RUDE to my family and when leaving he gave us the biggest death stare ever. i’ve never seen anyone with such a nasty look, im writing this so his behavior can get noticed, please do better that was horrible, i hope he gets the proper training for customer service.
