  Love this place! Great selection of meat pies! If you like pot pies, this is the place to go! My favorite is the pot roast pie. Bula Pies Fiji is really a gem. I’m looking forward to returning!

  I like this place alot. Its almost like eating pot pies which I love. I would try to stop here as often as I can whenever I am in the area. I believe the quick breakfast sausage rolls are the most affordable when you need a quick alternative and you are trying to avoid McDonald's across the street. I also enjoy the island music and how they decorate their little section so nicely. Very warm and inviting.

  This is a family owned bakery in Vallejo that specializes in Fijian and Polynesian-inspired savory meat pies and sweet treats. I have been wanting to try as I see positive reviews about this place and I love to try local businesses as well. The store looks nice with lights and loud music outside. Plenty of parking on a weekday afternoon. Limited dine in tables and chairs but most are to go orders in this store. I ordered a smoked brisket $13 with all the tax, just to try. It is smaller than I expected. It is warm and the bread is tasty. I was surprised with the meat as it is chewy with an aftertaste I cannot explain. It is weird the other half has the bulky chewy meat and the other half is okay no after taste and the meat is tender and better. The bread is crunchy and tasty and a little bit oily. Reminds me of chowking empanada but those are small and $3-$4 only. I am thinking I feel like it's not worth it and I was disappointed on the smoked brisket. Okay customer service, the screen payment asked for the tip although it is optional. Overall I would like to give them a chance maybe next time. I probably didn't have a good batch or maybe my palate has the problem. It's an honest review and hope wouldn't be bashed or responded inappropriately. Thank you.

  Man what a find! This little joint has exquisite pies, with the most tender flakey crust! Right when you pull up to the place and you hear its joyfull reggae music blaring on the speakers, to the hella warm welcome you get upon entering you know it’s going to be good. We had the mince and cheese pie and the Jamaican me hungry pie… Both incredibly delicious, but the Jerk spices in the Jamaican pie are absolutely delicious. The heat level is perfect, round and warm. And then we tried a beef and a lamb roll. Redolent with ginger they are so damned good. It may take me a few visits, but I am definitely going to work my way through their whole menu. Dive in and trust you will be having a lovely meal, no doubt.
