None were sliced and the chocolate chip were raisins NOT chocolate chip. Very unhappy customers at home. Also the coffee was supper watered down. Very disappointing experience

Finally one person went straight to the register to order and 1 employee gave them service. Put up a sign to order at register if you are going to ignore every other person that walks in and stands in front of the bagel display. Two women walked in after I finally got my order in. Same thing happened to her. She was just waiting for someone to help her. I finally went up to her and said just go to the register or they will continue to just ignore you, the same thing happen to me. You could tell she too was annoyed. 7/16 roughly 10:10 am.
