  Luz, the so called assistant manager, was rude. When she approached me to take my order, her opening remark was harsh "Yes?" She needs proper customer service training! Made me wonder how she ever became an Assist Manager. The large coleslaw didn't taste fresh, tasted like 1 more day to getting spoiled!

  My order was handled very poorly. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place, and they still didn't give me what I asked for. I paid extra for my order, but they gave me the wrong items—and less than what I actually paid for. This isn't the first time they've done this to me; for that reason, I do not recommend this place. They have already stolen my money twice.

  The food is always great It's fresh it's made to order, it's about the healthiest drive-through chain you are going to find. The service is great. They know that they change the menu all the time and that it takes you a second to realize there are too many options and you finally figure out what you want after two cars are waiting behind you. But they stay patient the entire time and then they will even talk things over with you at the drive-thru speaker. You get to the window and they are even easier and nicer. Sure, it takes a little longer to get your food than it would if you were at in and out except it's a lot nicer, and much healthier food.

  I ordered and paid for a 12 piece family combo while I was on that side of town drove all the way back home and they only gave me 8 pieces…I fed my family and didn’t even get to eat. Called several times with no answer
