  When I got my food they forgot my salad, when I asked about it, the bigger guy at the window seemed annoyed and then proceeded to ask me if I got a salad as if I didn’t just tell him that it was missing. Also How are the mashed potatoes lumpy? The chicken had little to no seasoning, cilantro lime dressing for the salads was basically water. Ended up going inside to take my daughter to the bathroom and it was disgusting. Floors were sticky and probably hadn’t been mopped in days. This franchise owner really needs to reevaluate this location. I literally threw out more than half my food.

  ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK your order before leaving! I usually get takeout here every few weeks and nearly every single time an item is forgotten and missing in my order and I always have to double check before I leave, I understand that mistakes happen every now and then, but for an item to be missing EVERY single time I come here is just unacceptable

  Went inside for take out. Staff was great. Food was great. Too expensive for what it is. They need to lower their prices

  I made a family order and these are all the chips they gave me as if I had ordered two legs, they didn't give me plates or cutlery or anything, nor the drink, I called El pollo loco and the person who helped me didn't have many solutions to give me, I sent the dasher to check for the drink and he said they came out angry, what a bad experience not in vain they have 3 stars!
