  Whoever owns this location needs to either staff their store or sell to someone who can afford to because this is not sustainable. When a business is visibly understaffed people start to feel guilty about being customers, especially when it is not a one-off. You protect your margin today to lose customers tomorrow. This place is chronically understaffed. I went on a Friday evening and there was 1 person cooking the food, 1 person on the line, and 1 person on the cash register for the dinner rush. This is unfair to your employees. As other reviewers said, go to any other location in town. This one is doomed.

  I only get the veggie bowl and old man guardian of the guac gives you a spoon size of guac and you ask for a little more, trying to get the same amount I get at other locations and he starts telling cashier "double guac" before he even starts to motion for more guac... nah I go less and less and this location sucks hard... charging $12 for some rice and a dollop of guac. I stopped at trader joes instead.

  This location is terrible every single time that I go in and ask for double chicken they give me half a scoop and a half a scoop but when I asked for one scoop they give me a full scoop and if I'm asking for double chicken and paying for double chicken then I expect to get two full scoops of chicken I don't know who is running this location but stop skimping out on food when we are paying extra to get more I go to this location 2 to 3 times a week and they skimp out on all of the proteins every single time I go in

  Went to buy my daughter a bowl after her practice she was eating it and found a bug inside of it. I have pictures of it. I will post it. Be careful purchasing food from this location. Multiple times I’ve been here looks very unsanitary and dirty dirty

  I don't usually leave negative reviews because I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, especially ones I've been going to for years. However, this Chipotle location has noticeably changed recently after a change in management, and unfortunately the food quality, portions, and overall consistency have declined quite a bit. We mostly online pickup and what we've noticed recently - Portions have been consistently very light, minimal toppings, even when requesting extras, guacamole (as my protein replacement) feels noticeably lighter than before and bowls often feel underfilled compared to past experiences. For context, I typically order a burrito bowl with guacamole as my protein replacement, plus fajita veggies, extra pico, extra lettuce, and regular cheese. Lately, the bowls have been coming out much lighter than expected soupy and only filling about half the container, even when requesting extra toppings. We've also tried bringing it up in the moment, but they don't really seem to care or make any noticeable effort to correct it, which has been disappointing. It's frustrating because this used to be one of our reliable go to spots for quick meals, but the consistency just hasn't been there lately. I really hope it improves again in the future, since it's been a place we've enjoyed for a long time and would love to continue visiting.
