  I generally order for pick up. 50% of the times they don’t add the stuff that I have selected via the app. It’s very irritating and frustrating to order from here. Will stop ordering myself and for other I will recommended to go in the store and get your order made otherwise it might be screwed up by their staff. Totally pathetic Update: I went to the store and spoke to the supervisor. Very conveniently she says that there is a problem with the system and made a new order without even a single apology. I must say they have a very incompetent and untrained staff. Whoever owns this stores need to see this - you will soon kill the brand at this location

  Had a wonderful experience at CAVA in Valencia! The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, but what really made our visit special was the outstanding service. A huge shout-out to Necka and Pam for being so welcoming, helpful, and full of great energy. They gave us excellent suggestions on what to order, and their recommendations were spot-on! Their friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience even better. Great food + amazing service + great energy = a place we’ll definitely be coming back to. Thank you, Necka and Pam, for making our visit so enjoyable!

  I really want to give this place 5 stars, but they can never seem to get an order right. This is the 3rd time we've placed a delivery order that has had mistakes, this time including giving us falafel instead of steak / salmon in our bowls. Do not trust this place to get orders right if you ever order in their app.

  Always love going to the cava in porter ranch so I figured I’d try the cava by my work which is in Santa Clarita. Horrible experience. The associates are overly stingy when it comes to the portions then when you ask for a little bit more they charge you for a full extra scoop. A bowl that usually costs me $20 in porter ranch, cost me $30 at this location. Mind you, this is for the same amount of food only because I had to keep asking for more.

  First time at Cava and definitely not the last. Wife wanted to try the strawberry steak salad and I got the chicken+rice we both enjoyed our bowls. The chicken was cooked to perfection just how I like it and she said her steak had very good flavor. We also got some bbq pita chips and they were also just perfect. The bbq seasoning was on point. Not too sweet nor excessively seasoned , just fine. There's plenty of seating, indoors and outdoors and the fountain drinks are one of a kind. A big variety of lemonades and soda selections. Very unique sodas, they have blueberry soda, a mexicane cola, a lemon lime soda, and a few other ones. The customer service is a 10/10. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from beginnig to end. I was in awe watching how many people work there. Definitely a busy place and I'm assuming a fun place to work. Since I noticed there's a lot to do and much more to learn. Keep up the good work CAVA and the good taste too. We'll come back again next time we're in the area. Shout out to the generous management team member for hooking it up with an order of BBQ pita chips. I bought one there to enjoy with our bowls and had to get another one for the road. The cashier who initially helped us said they tasted like doritos and he wasn't wrong. I really enjoyed them.
