  Ordered 2 cakes for 7/23/26. We have been ordering white cake, with strawberry filling & non-dairy whipped topping. Have been very pleased with these cakes but the recent cakes were very plain looking. The bakery used small raspberries instead of what was requested & the baker misspelled words on the message we requested and the writing was very sloppy. Cake was still very delicious but the presentation was poorly done. I've attached the recent cake we got, the misspelling also to a cookie we ordered. The last cake pictured was beautiful & how they always looked before yesterday. Thank you for your attention to this. -Gloria w/Applied Companies

  Was a weird and not great experience at this Albertsons. Did not feel welcomed. First and last time going here. On Thursday afternoon (6/11 at 5 PM), I was looking for a gift for Father’s Day and wanted to get the SCORE Mexico Tequila soccer ball. I waited by the alcohol counter as I noticed they were behind the locked glass. No one was around and so I decided to try the registers and ask for help. I waited at the register closest to the alcohol counter and the exit. There was one person ahead. While waiting, I pulled the photo of it on my phone to be ready to ask the cashier. The woman in front left and I walked up to the register with the two males (cashier and bagger). The cashier and bagger completely ignored me. It felt like I wasn’t even there. I was standing there for what felt like hours waiting for them to acknowledge me. The male cashier instead did everything to avoid looking and speaking to me. He talked with the bagger in a low voice where I couldn’t clearly hear what he was saying. He spent time staring at the older woman leaving and exiting the door for an uncomfortably long time (for reference, she left the register and the cashier stared until she was out the exit). Then spent an awfully long time fumbling with the receipt she left behind. Then decided to turn around and stare at something behind him for a little bit. No he wasn’t talking to anyone behind him. Finally, he turns to me and asks what I need while being extremely dismissive and sighing. I’m trying to think of what I did wrong to warrant this reaction? I waited my turn in line? Their light to indicate they were open was on. Someone else got in line behind me that didn’t get this reaction. I don’t understand. (Btw he acknowledged the person behind me immediately.) I show the photo and ask if they have this item in particular. Immediately, the bagger yells for this very nice woman to help me instead. The woman helping me check out was great and got me what I was looking for. She was the only positive experience at this store. I wasn’t sure if I was just overreacting but my friend who was with me waiting at the alcohol counter noticed the extremely odd interaction I was having with the two males and asked me what had happened. She confirmed that they were ignoring me and taking a while to answer me. I literally have no idea what I did wrong. I will not be coming back to this store. Felt great walking in and felt like shit walking out.
