    Dutch bros has always been over rated for me but they definitely have their service figured out

    Out of all of the Dutch bros in Fairfield, Vacaville, and Dixon. This is the worst one. Wife and I have a bad experience every single time we go here. We live right next to this one, but recently decided to drive to the one off Peabody so we don’t get screwed over anymore. For starts, the people are much more impolite at this one than others, every time we get our drinks and they are more than half melted (blended rebels). The final straw for me after my wife kept telling me to go to the other one was when I kept order the mangonada rebel. 3 separate times ordering it at this location, again it’s half melted, but there’s ALWAYS little to no strawberry and tajin on top. It’s pretty much just a mango rebel. The last time we went here, I told my wife if it happens again, I’m gonna speak up and ask if I can get more strawberry on top. Well it happened. I asked the lady at the window… “Do you think I could get a little more strawberry on top?” Her: “I have to charge you more, that’s how they are made” Me: “I’ve ordered this many times from different Dutch bros and there’s always a top of strawberry on top” Her: “there is, it just sinks to the middle” Me: (at this point I’m irritated) “it’s because you guys serve your drinks half melted, but the last few times I ordered it here, there was absolutely little to no strawberry, so I don’t think that’s the case” Her: “if I give you more strawberry, I’ll have to charge you for it, but let me see what I can do” I kid you not, there was *1* visible strawberry on top and almost no strawberry puree. She comes back with the drink and hands it to me. No change, doesn’t say anything and walks away. Like if it’s THAT big of a deal to add a little bit more, I would’ve paid for extra and went somewhere else next time, but I wasn’t even given the chance. I’m not typically picky when it comes to my food or drinks, but ironically I don’t like mango very much, but the strawberry and tajin in the mangonada balance it out. So to get JUST a mango rebel, every sip was miserable lol Overall this location has always given me a bad experience, and we will not be going back. Change of staff, management, or whatever may change my mind down the road

    i come here all the time, i use to get the same rebel and one of the workers (not sure her name but she has black hair and lots of piercings) always remembered my order. when i started to get other rebels she remembers i get my regular drink extra thick, she would always ask if i wanted it like that if i ever forgot. the other staff members are also very nice, and get drinks out fast even when busy. fav location in town
