I love Dutch bros I come here all the time. No complaints ever. They got my fiancées order wrong and tried to tell us how to order the next time correctly? They were nice, we were just confused because we order the same thing all the time, no issues. We had just asked for an extra shot in our golden eagle. Pretty explanatory I would think. Then I was half way through my Carmel pumpkin freeze and felt something in my mouth and it was that plastic in the photo. I’m sure an honest mistake, but I would just like to bring attention.

Visited the Dutch Brothers on Alamo in vacaville today, now I'm not much of a fan of Dutch brothers, however my wife and kids are. So I went to grab a drink for my wife, the service was excellent, however I went to make a complaint about one of the employees and thays were the 4 stars comes in. The number listed goes directly to their headquarters in Arizona, and I got the most annoying person possibly. Just kept repeating the same thing and would not have a conversation about how do I contact the on-site manager? I believe that this is part of customer service... with that said the new location is big and has plenty of parking ( be careful the drive thru line could become very long and getting g out could be difficult...
