Hubby got a single scoop chocolate chip in a waffle cone and I ordered a single Rocky Road in a waffle cone. We don't have Rocky Road. Ok, give me a Pecan Praline then. We are out of that too. Well, what do you have? After a long pause and heavy/disgusted sigh, the guy starts to name a few. I quickly made a selection and he read my orderback to me correctly. When I got to the window, he handed me the CC/waffle cone and then proceeded to give me mine...in a small paper cup. My scoop looked like a Jr. size 😡. Hubby's scoop wasn't any bigger either. I told him it was supposed to be in a waffle cone as well. He took it from me and proceeded to dump it, spoon and all into a waffle cone and then gave it to me. I paid and drove off. The waffle cones were stale and chewy... pretty gross. I will not be going back there. Service and attitudes were stale as well.

- LLlilyJun 15, 20192.0wouldn’t recommend. i love baskin robins but this particular shop wasn’t the greatest. we stopped to get gas and saw BR. we all got waffle cones and they were all very stale. my brothers was broken in half and the worker didn’t really care. although it was tasty, ice cream in some bins was freezer burned. and i had a chunk of ice in my cone.. i hate being a downer, but the workers weren’t happy to do their jobs. no one said thank you, no “come agains!” and no smiles. it was 5:30 on a saturday, it was 90 degrees outside, and was very cool inside. refreshing. i love BR, but i would pick a different restaurant.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?

You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
