ATTN: PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT DO NOT PARK your vehicle at the left-most aisle (see photos & use Starbucks sign on building as a mental reminder). That aisle is beyond the black cutouts on the ground and your shopping cart WILL LOCK upon returning to your vehicle. There was another cart that had gotten locked upon my arrival and no clear signage that warnes of parking on that side! So the same thing happened to me and I couldn't move the cart out of the way anymore (see photo). Hopefully they can add some large signs along aisle to warn drivers.

First time here..nice store.clean and organized..vons has always been pricey for alot people but as I was walking around I noticed prices aren't so bad after all I'm even gunna say I've seen some items cheaper than Walmart..so I may reconsider shopping at vons again.. but I will not tolerate a naive cashier . Especially when you ask ahead of time can I get cash back.and she replies if you have your card.. ok wow!! Everyone know of course your supposed to have your card on you how else were suppose to get money out ..that was a stupid response. So I purchase the item and tapped .for her to tell me that it needed to be swiped not tapped after the fact .now I'm completely annoyed why didn't this cashier think to tell me ahead of time she knew I had asked her . the part that made me mad is she act like what she just dd was ok..and now I have to go back and buy another item to get cash back because I didn't swipe..and her stupid excuse is it's a securty thing bullshit!! I've swiped my card many places and they still ask me for my pin..so she's full of crap .why are your cashiers sitting anyways..they look lazy that way .as a customer cashiers that sit on there butt at a regiser.looks pothetic and lazy.your employees are getting paid to sit.instead of cleaning around the cash register stocking ..wiping ..WORKING!!! Hiw much do these lazy cashiers get paid ?? WOW I'm looking at my receipt it says Nathan was my cashier .NO IT WAS NOT!! So she's using another person's register..it's was large white lady ..get her off that chair and work! And because of her not doing her job and playing around I was forced to buy something else.. I WANT TO SIT AROUND A CASH REGISTER AND DO NOTHING AND GET PAID. ! ARE YOU ALL HIRING ???

One of the workers helped me install the vons app and showed me how to use it. Another shopper helped me find some items. I ended up satisfied with my second time in this store. Checkout when we'll also.

i made a pickup order yesterday and it shouldve been ready by 8-9pm, there was some kind of delay and it told me it was ready once the store was already closed. today i went to pick it up and it said i already did at like 5am which i didnt and i had to call them to make sure they had my order. i come home to unload and my eggs were cracked and leaked all over i had to clean them and didnt even get to use everything i paid for. also not the first time ive had issues with their pickup service.

09/14/26 Went to Vons today for the fried chicken special and Miss Loretta was so kind to me and my daughter! Loved how she recommend the Classic Mac Salad to us! It tasted so good! You can tell she loves what she does the way she’s real and genuine when it comes to customer service! Thank you Loretta for a great shopping experience! We definitely will be back! 🫶
