- DADavid G. AndersonMay 7, 20261.0I order McDouble well done no ketchup. Dylan inputs order correctly. I received it in 5-7 minutes & it has ketchup on it. Take it back, wait 5-7 minutes again. I ask Dylan for small fry as compensation. He says manager won't do it. Maria the manager declines my request but proceeds to cash register & says I have to pay for them & is ready to input order. I decline & inform her that her customer service needs work. I also tell her that I will fill out survey on receipt which she had to search register for because Dylan ripped the original. I give Maria 1 more chance to correct situation by informing her I will post to Google also. She shrugs her shoulders. Place is ALWAYS dirty in dining room area & when the BOH can't execute a simple no ketchup request then I can't get a "sorry" in the form of a small fry then there's some VERY short sighted people running this store.
