While the food remained great, the service from the young male cashier was unacceptable. After waiting patiently for a staff member to finish a drive-thru order, he approached me in a condescending manner calling out to me as if I were a pet and ask me what I need it , I asked to use the restroom, he was rude and open one of the restrooms for my friend and told me you are gonna have to wait the other restroom is for men, despite the 'gender-neutral' signage on the doors. I have never experienced such hostility here before, but this behavior made us feel unwelcome as paying customers. I hope management addresses this."

The manager Soto was so professional and welcoming! The service staff had our orders -steaming and on the counter waiting before we even done paying!!! I mean wow! Thank you Mr. Soto! Im definitely coming back!! And bringing friends! I can't believe I'm writing this about in a Pollo Loco!?!? Everything is nice and clean! Next time ill take a video to post on here! But until then! Come check It out for yourself! Ill be raving about this chicken joi t for a long tine!
