  The drive-through personnel are usually very cheery and friendly. I place all of my orders online through their app in order to get online specials. This location in Upland is the only Arby’s for miles around so they must make a mint. The inside is pretty clean on the few occasions that I go in to eat. Every time I ask for a glass of ice water for my mini Australian Shepherd, they never scarf or never roll their eyes, unlike other places and they even give you a lid with a small cup of water or if it’s blazing hot outside, which it has been this summer, they gave me a medium size clear cup with the lid and even a straw! When I ask for extra napkins and extra sauce, there’s no hassle unlike other big franchisees that charge for every little thing when they never used to. Arby’s is not greedy and yes, we all deserve a break today.” Arby’s went through a lot of. Criticism because of their meats being processed, but they’ve gotten better. Their cheese sauce needs to be made of cheese real cheese not a cheese spread. The location is clean however, their app is very restrictive. You’re only allowed one deal a day and I believe in this marketplace and economic times, market share is key so why not open up all the deals for same-day use? That would please the customer is trying to get the best for their buck

  I went on the drive through and ordered a number 6 combo and two chicken sliders at 9pm when the dinning room is closed. Flavor was horrible the chicken tender tasted like old over used oil it was awful, ended up trashing all the food the flavor was horrible. Establishment looked super dirty. This location looks sketchy

  Arrived at 10:53p on Sunday 9/13. Open sign was on the front but automated sorry we’re closed message came on the drive through.

  Ordered some thing off of the hidden special menu . The Mountain of meat sandwich. It was a whole lot better than expected. My youngest son said I go back for another one !!! Check out there special menu on line and get something better than before. It was surprisingly better than expected !!! Worth the look at this special menu !!!
