  I went and I ordered a simple 10-piece nugget and I had to wait almost 40 minutes from my food and when I did get the food it was missing half nuggets nobody was there I had to wait another 10 minutes

  Ordered food, quesadilla was completely stuck to the packaging, cinnamon twists were stale and unseasoned, 2 crunchy tacos fell apart completely (i ate it 2 minutes after it was ready), and potatoes were stale. Called, guy said I could get a gift card AND free food. I drove back, gas is expensive so I expected the compensation. Rude lady comes with attitude as manager saying I can’t get anything then the guy comes and gives me free food. I ask the lady and she says she can’t give me a gift card even though I explain the situation, apparently because it’s online I have to refund it online, just give me the gift card it’s your fault. Lady takes no remorse or responsibility for her employees leaving them being incompetent. I open my food at home again it is just as bad they only fixed the cinnamon twists. Lady extremely rude and did not fix the issue continuing the cycle of disgusting unprepared orders. Unprofessional and deserves to be fired, please fix incompetence of employees and rude behavior.

  Items missing consistently from order, they don't update the app when they've ran out of items, they don't refill the drink machine.
