  Panera is always my favorite store, but not this one. I bought lunch there and ask a cup for hot water, the women stands at the counter said I need to pay $4 for the cup, I told her that I never heard that they charge a cup for hot water, she eventurally through a cup on the counter to me and gave me a very bad attitude. I would never come to this store again.

  I'm realativly new to Panera , I have ordered it 3xs. My last order was stuffed with mayonnaise and was disgusting! Naturally I called and asked to complain to the manager!! the manager was very sweet at first and said that she would remake my meal on my next visit. so of course, I came in 3 weeks later gave the information to the manager on shift named Bree. who looked me dead smack eyes in the face and told me she could not do anything for me she could not even offer me any kind of discount.. she explained;I just can't because it had been too long and there's no record of my order even though I had showed it and explained to her& what the discrepancy was. Very unprofessional not trained well, very rude and then proceeded to go and talk smack to her young little coworkers about the situation... she should be retrained in customer service and professionalism.. all I ask is for my food to get remade or possibly give me a discount..I ended up paying for my whole meal again this will be my last time.. not to mention I just asked for no tomatoes and here it is with tomatoes again...

  I have been to so many paneras around the bay area and this location is by fay THE BEST! Every time I order a salad or sandwich it's made by someone who actually cares about the quality. Other locations slop things together and don't even fill the salad bowl completely but this location truly has never disappointed me and they give you your money's worth. After having bad experiences at other locations I only come to this location now because they have never let me down. And I know it's not just a one off situation here because I've order multiple times on different days throughout the months and every time it's perfect! This proves that all the employees here are great! Thank you to all the employees here who make the best tuna salads and tuna sandwiches!

  We have had such a bad experience with this Panera location, the manager named Bree is extremely rude and argumentative, the advertised drink Passionfruit was just bad tasted like water! The sandwiches were totally messed up, when I showed it to her, she started arguing with me and told me that she cannot do anything about it, and raising her voice! WOW SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLS DO NOT ORDER HERE, GO TO SOURDOUGH BREAD, OR OTHER GOOD PLACES
