  I ask for guac, the lady puts a small portion and immediately puts lettuce on top when I never asked for it. Then she realized and asked if it’s ok and I said yes. Doesn’t acknowledge or apologize. When I paid, I had to reach to grab my bowl because she immediately starts talking to another customer. And no receipt. When I sat down to eat, there was a bad smell. I thought it was the floor, it turns out it was the trash because when they removed it the smell was gone. Yikes.

  Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Been here several times and every single time get disappointed more and more. It gets to a point. They don’t even give you a full spoon of rice any more. Never coming back here again and I recommend going to any other location.

  This was easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The portion size was ridiculous. I ordered a bowl, and they gave me barely any meat. Most of the bowl was just lettuce, cheese, and toppings. For the price, this was really disappointing. What made it even worse was the service. The female employee who prepared my order (wearing bright lipstick) was rude and had a very unfriendly attitude. She spoke in a harsh tone and acted annoyed the entire time. I felt like I was bothering her just by placing an order. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Poor portions and poor customer service. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

  I used DoorDash for pickup the other day here a few weeks back and I get there and there’s like no line for DoorDash pick up orders but there’s a long line for in person ordering customers and so I wait near the register so the cashier can see me and yes they see me cause DoorDash pickup orders were behind the register and yes my order was ready for pickup but the cashier and employees kept skipping me and helped like 5 other customers who were in line ordering their food in person. There was like a few employees there in the front too and they just walk pass me looking after I asked for my bag. One male employee had an attitude and the others ignored me. It took awhile to get my bag. When the cashier finally got to me all she did was asked for my name and handed me the bag which took only 2 seconds to do. They need to work on their attitude and learn how to multitask with a smile on their faces. Really, handing me my bag wasn’t gonna slow down the line cause I know I could do it better and a lot faster

  Manager was very rude especially they had no cheese of guac and were not ready to substitute it with other sauces. Where are the customer service. The staff under her understood that my request made sense. Since I refused to pay more for the substitute sauce, the manager then took away the food and asked the staff member to make a new one. This just shows the amount of arrogance that goes in the training and refusal to fathom that the customer is what carries the brand. If they dont change, they are sure to go down.
