  Estuvimos a gusto y disfrutamos la comida, el viernes que fuimos llegamos y no había nadie de host así que tuvimos que esperar era algo confuso, pienso que no deberían descuidar la entrada. Estuvimos esperando unos minutos y ya nos preguntaron que para cuántas personas, esperamos en total como unos 20 min antes de que nos pasaran, aunque muchas veces puede ser mucho más tardado. La comida rica, las bebidas también ricas. Una buena experiencia. El ambiente estaba bien. Me gustó la música que estaba sonando. Ponen los juegos de deportes en las pantallas y eso también se disfruta.

  This was by far one of the worst buffalo wild wings location I have visited. I will make the effort to never return due to the horrible service. myself, and my daughter were greeted and seated immediately, however once seated, even though I advised of the third person arriving, we were only giving settings for two people. No water was offered. We weren’t asked if we would like anything to drink. We were basically abandoned. There was a short I believe lady of Hispanic descent that walk repeatedly by us and not even making eye contact, no smile no even acknowledgment that we were there. I had to stop her in order just to ask a question in which she immediately proceeded to continue what she was doing. We sat and watched other people coming in seated immediately, but to our surprise those people were greeting promptly and getting service from hostess to start orders or get drinks then while we were still left with nothing I ended up standing up and demanding for some service so at least my child and I can get something to drink or at least put in an appetizer while we waited, we finally were able to place our order in which I had requested my daughter’s food and the third member was arriving to take part in the pick 6 for 2people. the server took my order as well and left. Once our drinks were brought , we were yet amazed again to find out that only the adult food was put in as the child’s order was never placed due to the third members not arriving to put in that order I was floored-that my child was not going to be able to eat however, I would have food to eat in front of her I was then told that to order to I would just have to order all her food separately which I did. I ordered a peach margarita in order to try to calm down and hope to end a relaxing Mother’s Day however, I was also disappointed as it tasted like a regular margarita. It lacked most of the flavor of peach, but it was good. Our food was hot all the temperatures working, but the food was overly faulty. Most of it. My daughter did not even want to eat we brought most of the home because we didn’t want to spend almost $70 worth of food that we had purchased last week. I had ordered a side of fries for myself after all of our food was already out, but that order was never placed. Instead I had to use it on my daughter prize due to the lack of it being put in and we were ready to go as I was fed up and just wanted to get out of there if you want good service try the Buffalo wild wings by Southland Mall on Hesperian. I’ve never been disappointed.

  We went on a friday, right before late dinner hours for most(630pm). We were seated quickly, food n drinks out quickly. Waittress was very attentive with maken sure everything was ordered correctly at the table before putting the order in with the kitchen. I love how the whole staff is a team, not one person getting the drinks and food while waiting other tables of customers. So to see help with table cleanings, set for next guess on mattee of minutes, to another helping a waitress with customers orders by grabbing and delivering orders to tables waiting to eat. Everything was good fresh and saucy like i love my wings. The passion fruit margarita was 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽vartebder made it right w/ the salt too perfect with my meal. Jammin jalapeño & wet lemon pepper. Aslo sign up for the rewards you can buy the sauces to make with at home wings in.

  Poor service ,orders take way too long don’t come to this one go to the Hesperian one !!!

  First, I gotta say the food was GOOD. I got the Triple Bacon Cheeseburger and the Large tots appetizer (forgot the exact name). Service was not good. When we got there, no one was at the front desk to greet us. It took someone 5 minutes to even ask us if we want a table. When we were seated, it took another 5-6 minutes until the server even asked us for drinks. Then we waited even longer to have our orders taken. It seems to be that the only had one or two servers at the time.
