Didn’t even sound like his name and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I had a birthday party going on at my house so I could not leave to go down and have them fix it. My son’s name is Kaleb not Kaled. This is the second time they have messed up on my order. On my baby shower day the Deli didn’t give me my whole order. I’m never using their bakery again. Also the customer service Lady was completely rude!!!! The lady at the bakery told me on the phone that if I wasn’t able to have them fix it, which I wasn’t we were all ready t light the candles and sing, or she told me I could bring in the receipt with pictures of the cake for a refund!! Then I called Customer Service the following day and that’s when the lady was completely rude. She said the baker wrote it how it was spelled. Well clearly someone messed up because I didn’t fill out the order form. I told her I would NEVER order a birthday cake again from them nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. I couldn’t even use the cake to take pictures with my son because the name was not his. It was his very first bday cmon! They had had a chance to make it better and those to do nothing about it. This will be the memory of his first birthday that I’m always going to remember!!! Not how the damn cake tasted.
