- SSSteven Sanchez1 day ago1.0All carafes empty on a weekday morning. No coffee available. Took over 15 mins to get americano coffee and a latte. The girl was so lazy I saw her pour the same shot pull into a latte and an americano. I would have asked for my money back but I was over it. Over 20 mins later and carafes were never filled. Never going back.
