The staff was amazing, I was hard of hearing, but they took their time and made sure I got all the bagel sandwiches I needed!

I had a really great experience at Noah’s Bagels and wanted to take a moment to give a special shoutout to Elizabeth. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time and really stood out from the moment I interacted with her. Elizabeth was extremely friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. She had a great attitude and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. She was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Even during what seemed like a busy time, she remained positive and treated me with respect and kindness. What I appreciated most was how genuine her customer service felt. Sometimes employees can seem like they’re just going through the motions, but Elizabeth genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good experience. She was approachable, attentive, and made me feel like a valued customer. That kind of service really makes a difference. The food and overall experience at Noah’s Bagels were great, but Elizabeth was definitely the highlight of my visit. Employees like her are a huge part of what makes people want to come back. A friendly attitude and a little extra effort can completely change a customer’s day, and Elizabeth definitely did that for me. I really hope management sees this review and recognizes Elizabeth for her hard work. She represents Noah’s Bagels extremely well and deserves appreciation for the effort she puts into taking care of customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope I get the chance to see Elizabeth again. Thank you, Elizabeth, for the excellent service and for making my visit such a positive experience! Noah’s Bagels is lucky to have someone like you on their team.

I try to avoid leaving bad service reviews after a single encounter, because I know from working in customer service myself, that everyone has a bad day. That being said, the staff here are consistently and extremely rude. They will walk right past you multiple times and not acknowledge you in the slightest. If you order ahead, you still have to wait and hope someone will give you the time of day and acknowledge you for a brief moment so they can hand you your food as they continuously refuse to use the "Order Ahead - Pick up Here" rack I'm assuming they have in place specifically so customers can avoid waiting long periods of time until a staff member finally deems it worth their time to assist you. I'm not sure if it's understaffing, underpayment, the state of the world overall sucks so everyone is in a bad mood? But it really sucks to have a decent bagel place in a convenient location that I tend to avoid going to simply because of the consistently rude staff.

Honestly this location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the orders are great and others not so much. Today’s order was a bust. At 10am I online ordered a Asiago bagel (toasted) with Chive & Onion spread. When I arrived my order wasn’t ready… not a problem since lead time was 15-20 min and I was there in 10. When the order was ready they called my name and gave me the bag. Before I even ate it I noticed that it was toasted but not even warm. Then when I took a bite I noticed the spread was EXTREMELY seasoned with pepper. Like an unheard of amount of it that you can visibly see it. I tried calling their location to give them a heads up so they can resolve before a Karen type comes in. But of course, the phone menu option to speak to an employee just brings you back to the main menu so you can’t event get ahold of someone. It’s just comical at that point. So word of the wise, online ordering probably not the best option and take a bite while you’re still on the premises so they can fix because they won’t be able to solve over the phone. Ha!
