- BLbrisova llctoday1.0Food was ok , service super bad, there was no coffee, I told three different workers and one of them say you are lucky you came on until now ear was worse . And finally another employee decided to to put more coffee after 10 mins . I finished my bagel there to wait for the coffee. Us mit the first time these place needs new leadership better management food is not that bad service is the problem.
- VTVan TranOct 5, 20261.0My order was supposed to be ready at 7:10AM on Friday 10/2/2026. I arrived at 7:20AM and asked the worker who worked in the kitchen and also called customer name for pickup about my order. She said "we're still working on it". I waited for 10 mins, and it still didn't show up. It's 7:30AM, and that girl was busy, so I had to get in line to talk to the cashier. Another 5 mins wasted in the line. Then the cashier told me they didn't have the bagel I wanted (and why the other girl didn't inform me that from the beginning?). I changed the bagel and waited another 10 mins. They still didn't make it. I told the cashier lady that my order was 30 mins late. The cashier lady yelled at me saying it wasn't 30 mins late ... Then I finally got my bagel at 7:50 which is 40 mins later than when it was supposed to be ready. The whole process made me late for work. The bagel wasn't even made correctly with the customizations I ordered through the app. The food was average. The customer service was exceptionally awful. I will never come back.
