After 25 minutes in the drive-thru, I received a Diet Dr Pepper whose flavor was apparently in the witness protection program. It was so pale and watered down it looked like tea. A complete waste of time and money. The ice had more flavor than the drink.

On August 4, 2026, at approximately 1:30 p.m., I visited this McDonald’s curbside and ordered two ice cream cones and a Happy Meal for my 5 year old son. When the employee handed me my order, both ice cream cones were already melted, lopsided, and dripping. I politely asked if I could have two cups because they were melting. She responded with a rude attitude and said she didn’t have any cups. I asked if she could please get some, and she replied, “Well, you ordered them on a hot summer day.” I told her that she was being rude and asked her to please take them back. She mumbled something under her breath and walked away instead of helping me. Completely ignoring me. Because I was left with two melting ice cream cones and needed assistance while caring for my young son, I got out of my car and started walking toward the restaurant. While I was walking through the parking lot toward the entrance, the same employee approached me and suddenly tried to be friendly. I told her, “No, I have nothing to talk to you about. I want to speak with your supervisor.” Inside the restaurant, I asked to speak with a supervisor and explained what had happened. I had to get out of my car with my son who has autism and who elopes to fix the issue because I was treated with no respect. Instead of addressing my concerns about the employee’s behavior, the supervisor dismissed what I said and simply asked what I wanted them to do. I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously. Other customers nearby commented that they had also received incorrect orders and experienced poor service. We all agreed that being understaffed is not an excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. The ice cream cones were eventually remade, but when I returned to my car, I realized my food order was also incorrect. My complaint is not just about the melted ice cream or the incorrect order. It is about the disrespectful way I was treated from the beginning and how my concerns were dismissed. I hate that my son had to experience this. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return or support this business again.

I ve lived near this mcD for 30 years and its gotten worse and worse ! Last week I went in to pick up lunch which i ordered on line .. They have reconfigured the store so you only order at the kiosks and theres just one woman working at the register . She was also having to bring food to the people who ordered in store ,so it was just the one person getting drinks from the soda machine , and bringing food out, and dealing w the long line of frustrated customers who had their order wrongly created .. She was obviously not going to be nice . Oh yea and the soda machine is now behind the counter so multiple people had to come up and asked for just ice water ! Reading from other reviews, whoever manned the register will not be nice thats easy to see . Multiple people said their order was incorrectly created that day . Conclusion: not going here from now on , come to think of it , with Mc Donalds new model of no human service , i ll just stick w In and Out !
