  Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s today with Tahamina at the register. A family with young kids was trying to order, and instead of being patient, she was yelling at them to hurry up while the kids were still deciding what they wanted. It made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable and stressful for everyone around. On top of that, I ordered BBQ sauce with my meal and there wasn’t any in the bag. When I politely mentioned it, she immediately started arguing and yelling that it was already in there. I checked the bag again right in front of her, and there was still no BBQ sauce. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, she chose to argue with a customer. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. Customer service should involve patience and respect, especially when dealing with families and customers asking a simple question.

  Rude young women. Working late night refusing to give delivery after waiting 5 minutes talking to uber support at lobby window at 2am. Refused to give order when they were caught forcing driver to wait 8 minutes for food bag on table 3 feet from me. I came to the order window gave normal 3 digit code and heard i need to go to the lobby. I did I rang the doorbell 2 minutes apart. Then called support 3-4minutes staring at a hot order getting colder no one else was behind me. Uber support is on a recorded line and support heard the young worker get mad and refuse the order out of the blue. Would like to speak to management am I banned from this mcdonald's because these young women wanted me to wait? Struggling delivery driver just trying to get by. Be safe yall. Don't ring the bell even 2 minutes apart they got issues.

  Cheeseburger was cooked to a dry shriveled up patty half the size. It was by far the worst I have every had at any McDonalds

  McDonald's is garbage now days. How can anyone eat this food. It literally turns to sludge in your mouth after only a couple of chews.

  Staff was rude and messed up my order. Ordered a HAMBURGER happy meal for my kid, got chicken nuggets and only one fry when I asked for extra. Also got the same toy as last time, which was the cherry on top. Wouldn't have been a big deal if we didn't also get the wrong order and the staff wasn't rude
