  Gavin has given me the wrong order and Maria has the wrong customer service attitude, no idea why these get hired at el pollo loco. I've paid like 30$ something for legs and thighs and tortilla chips and I got wings and beasts, Gavin you didn't do well and next time I will be checking my order after you to leave another review.

  Today at this location, I ordered the El Carbone tacos and an order of churros. The tacos were wrapped in foil as was the churros. I’d like to suggest that the restaurant no longer uses aluminum foil to wrap their food in. It causes the items to steam and unless you’re eating them in the next 15 minutes, the tortillas fall apart, and the churros are so soggy. Very disappointing. I love el pollo loco and have been a customer of the testing in Irvine locations for many years. I’m making this post so that they can do a better job for their customers eliminate the aluminum foil for packaging.

  If you want chicken, burritos, and bowls this is a really good place to eat. The only issues I have is with the service I had one of the managers yell at me when taking my order. I do not plan on visiting until her attitude is addressed.

  This place was quick. The service was great and the staff exceptional. Nice clean restaurant and the food was fresh and tasty.
