  Very disappointing. We eat here 2-3 times a month. Today, the potatoes and gravey was cold, the chips with our 2 kids meal were old or stale and the chicken was under cooked on the inside (still red spots). When my wife went to complain, they female cashier said she wanted to see our receipt...bad attitude. What a waste of $30

  The food is great. But the fountain drinks have funny tastes. I think it’s from the water they used. The service is not good. We are not familiar with the menu and food here, so we checked the photos on google map. I show the counter a picture of salad bowl with sliced avocado on it and said that’s what we want. But what we got is a bowl with smashed avocado. And I believe I was ordering the 4pcs chicken meal but the counter gave me the 12 pcs family meal. I was surprised by the total priced when paying. I know I should double check the recipe. I was in a hurry. The table and floor is not clean. And the staff was using a broom sweeping the floor when we are having our meal. I am not sure what you feel about it. But in my culture, it’s very impolite and rude to customers. 烤雞跟各式醬料好吃，但請務必重複確認餐點，那天幫我們點餐的女性櫃檯不太友善，也給了我們錯誤資訊，我甚至覺得她有點故意欺負外國人。餐桌、椅子上有前一組客人留下的食物殘渣，但可能只是來不及清掃。雖然在美國已經不是第一次遇到了，但店員會在你用餐時，在你旁邊用掃帚掃地…
