  It was my first time here and “Brittany” was very rude and unprofessional! I assume that is her name because it’s what’s on the receipt and she refused to tell me her name. I ordered the munchkins assorted and when I asked what flavors she said all of them in a sarcastic way (like if I’ve been there before) and I told her it was my first time there. I asked for all the flavors as my assorted option. When I received the munchkins one of them looked like it was bitten off and I asked for a new one and also asked how can I tell them apart because it looked like I had 3 flavors. She was very upset and gave me 2 extra ones with an attitude! Customers shouldn’t be treated that way especially if we are not familiar with the menu! Never coming back here again for sure!

  Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. The employee taking our order at the drive-through had extremely poor customer service. He was dismissive, offered no guidance, and seemed unwilling to answer basic questions about the different coffee options or flavors. We specifically asked about flavors and how the drinks were made, yet we ended up receiving watered-down coffees with almost no flavor at all. Customer service matters just as much as the product, and unfortunately this location failed on both. After reading several similar reviews from other customers, it’s surprising that management or Corporate hasn’t addressed the ongoing issues at this store.
