Esme went above and beyond with her friendly attitude and outstanding customer service. She was welcoming, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s employees like Esme who make customers want to come back. Thank you for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be returning!

If I order on the app, I order sides which are free, and they fill the containers 1/4 of the way and give very little on the rest of the order. If I order in the store, they try to charge me for ordering items on the side, which are supposed to be free up to a few at least! No other Chipotle does this, but this one is so cheap. Please fix this, you're losing money by skimping on customers

Now I am not from this area, but i happened to stop by because my boyfriend lives here. I have been to other chipotle locations in the past couple of years because I am a big fan of chipotle, and they did a splendid job with my order. I also observed the interactions with the other customers. They treat and serve everyone with fairness and enthusiasm. Definitely will come back this week and highly recommend this location!
