Everything was delicious, fresh , great customer service, friendly associate took my order as well as gave me my order too my table . Nice ChicfilA my favorite location of ChicfilA in Orange County California in Tustin , California.

During that entire acknowledged once with no updates . When I finally asked about my order, Maria—did not check on it or attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, she immediately told me to request a refund. She then after already putting in the refund informed me it would take 3–5 business days to receive my money back. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. There was no effort to communicate, investigate the delay, or provide any form of customer service or alternative solution. I am a frequent customer of Chick-fil-A, which made this experience even more disappointing. This interaction fell far below the level of service your brand is known for.

The staff gave me a new sandwich, but unfortunately that one also had a small hair in it. At that point, I requested a refund. While they did process it, they didn’t seem very apologetic or concerned about what happened. I understand that mistakes can occur, but finding hair in two sandwiches in a row is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable.
