Checkout staff were friendly and helpful. But pickup side was a mess. I said hello ignored. They were too busy talking to each other. Then they told ME to go bring a cart from outside, even though they're supposed to have carts ready inside the pickup area. No cart was there. They just kept chatting while I had to do their job. Felt disrespected and dismissed. As a driver, I felt treated like I didn't matter. Won't be coming back.

What a stupid store. They throw away all the good bananas. The female worker keeps barging in on my husband in the restroom. They never have a register open. And they under cook the cheesy bagels. Been shopping here for years and still get disrespected. Won’t come here again.

Was in Albertson's on Newport the other day and my wife bought this color catcher for laundry and thought it was on sale for 2.99. When we got home the receipt showed 7.99. Went back and talked with Shaun the operation manager who checked us out. He was real nice and I just wanted to return it and he said lets go back and look, well it was real confusing because it was 7.99 but right next to a similar package that was 2.99. He said it looks confusing so I'll give it to you for the 2.99 price and refunded me 5.00. I just wanted to thank him for taking the time and being so nice. That is why we shop at Albertsons.

Luck, it is not an inherently, bad grocery store, in fact, it is one of the nicest grocery stores in the area. However, it is also the most expensive grocery store in the area, for no reason. You go down the road the Ralph’s on jamboree and say you buy a smattering of items say 10 things it may cost $75 at Ralph’s, it’ll cost $115 at Albertson’s, this one specifically. I don’t get it, but hey, it is one of the only normal ““ grocery stores in the Tustin area, at least this part of Tustin. Sure there’s Stater Brothers on Redhill, but Stater Brothers is not the same, nor can you get any sort of luxury products there so to speak. I just don’t understand where they get off selling these items for so much more money than Ralphs.

I want to take a moment to explain a very bad experience my mom had on may 26th. She went to this store, she headed to the deli department. My mom told me about an special they had. Anyway, my mom just wanted to ask about the chicken special, she was there waiting for the lady to help her. The only woman there was on the phone talking to someone. Tall, light skin wearing glasses. My mother couldn't make out what she was saying because she was speaking Spanish, but you could tell it was a personal matter because she was just walking around, back and forth chatting on her cellphone, laughing even. It was a long time waiting. Finally, after she waited for about fifteen minutes and this lady never helped her, she didn't even look at her. At the end a different lady helped her, short lady Hispanic, with glasses, she was on the other side of the counter helping someone else and hurried back and help my mother, who frustrated ask for the special that didn't even buy because she was angry, and she felt bad because she took it out on the nice lady that helped her. Even when she left the other woman was still on the phone. We're never going back to that store.
