  ⭐️ Disappointing Customer Service at the Bakery I went to the BAKERY today and had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I asked a lady wearing white about a particular cake. I completely understand if she wasn’t familiar with the product, but the way she handled my question came across as very rude and dismissive. She called another employee wearing black and spoke to her in Spanish, and they laughed afterward. I obviously don’t know what they were laughing about, but as a customer standing there asking a genuine question, it made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was being laughed at for asking. The employee in the black uniform also seemed uninterested in helping. When I asked how much the cake was, she simply replied, “It depends on the size. What flavor?” There was no effort to explain the options, provide additional information, or actually assist me with my inquiry. You could feel that she wasn’t interested in helping. What makes this more disappointing is that this was actually my second time asking about this bakery’s cakes. I wanted to give them a chance and hoped I would get better assistance this time, but unfortunately, the experience was the same—dismissive and lacking helpful information. If you work in a bakery, customers shouldn’t have to feel like they’re bothering you by asking about your products. Please train your bakery staff to be more friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the products you sell. Even if an employee doesn’t know the answer, a simple “Let me find out for you” would make a huge difference. However, I do want to commend the guy working at the self-checkout. He was so nice and provided a much more positive customer service experience. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a cake, but after two experiences like this, I’m hesitant to give this bakery my business.

  Checkout staff were friendly and helpful. But pickup side was a mess. I said hello ignored. They were too busy talking to each other. Then they told ME to go bring a cart from outside, even though they're supposed to have carts ready inside the pickup area. No cart was there. They just kept chatting while I had to do their job. Felt disrespected and dismissed. As a driver, I felt treated like I didn't matter. Won't be coming back.

  What a stupid store. They throw away all the good bananas. The female worker keeps barging in on my husband in the restroom. They never have a register open. And they under cook the cheesy bagels. Been shopping here for years and still get disrespected. Won’t come here again.
